By subscribing, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Please note the following key aspects of our subscription service:

• Product Availability: Our stock is subject to availability, and this may affect order fulfillment.
• Subscription Products: Subscription is available for all coffee beans, loose leaf tea, pantry and drinking chocolate products.
• Subscription Cycle: Upon subscribing, your orders will be automatically scheduled based on your selected frequency (weekly, fortnightly, 3 week or monthly), in accordance with our 'Shipping' Policy.
• Address Changes: If you change your address, you can update this information in your account. Please do so at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order to ensure successful delivery. We cannot provide refunds or be held liable for orders shipped to an outdated address.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration unless you choose to cancel. You can opt out of automatic renewal by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings.
• Price Change: Subscriptions could be subject to price changes. If a subscription begins during a sale event the product could revert back to it's original pricing at a later stage in the subscription cycle.
• Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions cancelled before the end of the current subscription period are not eligible for refunds.
• Rights and Reservations: We reserve the right to cancel your subscription in the event of any breach of the Terms. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the "Subscribe and Save" service at our discretion.
