Refund policy

For the Non-Perishable items

If you've got a non-perishable item that didn't quite hit the mark, you've got 30 days from the date of delivery to get in touch with us. We offer store credit, refund or exchange for another item. 

For our perishable items

Given the perishable nature of our tea, coffee and pantry items we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for these.

We suggest ordering a free sample if you are unsure which tea or coffee to choose.

Returning Your Items

If you're sending something back, make sure it's unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Some things we can't take back are:

  • Our signature Bruce Tea Coffee blends, Drinking Chocolate and pantry items
  • Gift cards

We'll need your proof of purchase to process your return.

All returns must be authorised by Bruce Tea Coffee before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Bruce Brew Crew via orders@bruceteacoffee.com.au or using the contact form online.

Lastly, a small favor – please don't send items back to their manufacturers. They're busy crafting, and we're happy to handle it personally here at Bruce HQ.

Shipping

Pop your item in the post to us at: Bruce Tea Coffee, 12 Bridge Road Glebe NSW 2037

Shipping costs are at your own expense and they won't be part of any refund.

Sending something worth over $75? Consider upgrading to a trackable shipping service and some shipping insurance. 

Refunds

As soon as your return reaches Bruce HQ and gets a quick check, we'll shoot you an email. You'll know it's with us.

Your refund will make its way back to your card or original payment method. Just give it 2-5 working days to reach your account.

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged items

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival or you have simply received an incorrect item we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Please notify us via orders@bruceteacoffee.com.au or by using the contact form online within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will begin the hassle free return process.

If you are required to return an item within the warranty period details will be provided to you of the return procedure because these change from item to item. We recommend that you keep your original product packaging.
