The Golden Peony, originally developed in Wuyi, was crafted as a novel attempt in the rock oolong category but found its true calling when Caiqing applied their renowned white tea processing techniques, transforming it into something truly special.
This unique varietal thrives unexpectedly in autumn, unlike its Zhenghe counterparts, producing a tea with a concentrated sweetness that's both rare and highly sought after.
